EMPA was entrusted with the management of the Accessibility Program to Public Services and on the Public Road (PASPVP) created through Portaria no. 122/2021 of June 16th.
In order to create favorable circumstances for preventing and combating the COVID-19 pandemic, the Economic and Social Stabilization Programme, hereinafter referred to as PEES, was promoted, approved in Council of Ministers Resolution No. June. The PASPVP is one of the measures of the aforementioned Program and aims to promote accessibility to public buildings and public roads, in order to guarantee access and service to all people with disabilities.
For execution in 2020, and later in 2021, €10 million were dedicated from the budget of the National Institute for Rehabilitation, I. P.. Public grants made in 2020 and 2021 in this scope can be consulted in the reference documents.
